This range is a copy of original Victorian antiques, hand made by craftsmen in solid mahogany. The detail of our furniture is finely obtained by using the same tools and techniques as used in the originals. An inherent property of solid timber is that no two pieces are the same, each with its own characteristics of colour and grain. The range has an antique finish, complete with minor flaws, which are viewed as features of originality. All the brass fittings are made in sand moulds and hand finished, again using the same methods as found on antique fittings. All mirrors are bevelled and the dovetail joints are individually crafted.
